How we’re pre-aligning our staff in Italy.

This week I installed the “Decision Alignment” system for our staff.

The initial install was 2 meetings that took a total of 15 minutes:

• 5 minutes with the Head Coach
• 10 minutes with the full staff

Everyone’s now aligned on how we plan to approach key decisions based on game context:

• how teams matchup
• field position
• score
• time remaining

Varsity AI provides the framework, and the staff determines how aggressively to operationalize it through agreed-upon thresholds based on weekly game planning.

The goal isn’t to solve decisions in real time. It’s to create alignment before those moments happen.
